重新开放新用户注册，增加图片验证

迫于无奈，今天安装了CAPTCHA模块来进行防范，并采用了图片验证的方式。启用该模块后会给真正想参与讨论的朋友带来不便！

CAPTCHA模块不方便的地方就是没有刷新验证图片的功能，如果看不清图片，只能重新刷新页面。

下一步的工作是清理那些恶意注册的帐号，有2万多恶意注册的帐号，我都不知该怎么处理了。
