修改vim 配置文件解决乱码
最近把winxp换成了win2003，感觉启动、运行速度明显比winxp快许多。以前使用过vim，不过还不适应vim的操作方式。今日又下载安装了vim和中文帮助，当安装完中文帮助后，发觉菜单变成了乱码，于是在google搜索寻找解决方法。
