Gallery 2.3 RC1释放

Gallery 2.3 RC1 提供了：典型、完全、最小 3种版本，并同时提供英文和全部语言的下载压缩包。

Gallery目前好象只有在 sourceforge.net 发布，原以为还是不能打开sourceforge.net，不过当然尝试打开 sourceforge.net，竟然能打开了，先前还是代理IP，希望以后也能正常持续。

随着Gallery 2.3 RC1 发布，相信drupal 6.x版本的Gallery模块也会跟进开发进度。
